Already placed part is not displayed

Describe the bug Already placed part is not displayed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to add Symbol
  2. Click on Shorty Used
  3. Or Click on already Placed

Expected behavior Shorty Used Wrong name will be displayed and already Placed parts are not displayed

I had a similar experience. When I looked at the KiCAD HTTP symbol lib for partdb, I saw it had a weird option string set (pwr_sym_only) that I didn't specify. I removed the option, then reloaded the library and everything was back to normal. I had also updated KiCAD to 9.0.4 in the last week or so, and I can't rule out it had something to do with that.

I would assume that this is more an issue in KiCAD than in Part-DB. The API endpoints KiCAD provides, are quite simple and are not aware of any part placement inside KiCAD.
