Recommendations Block: Consider adding more optional parameters as settings

The Recommendations Block currently uses the limit and sort optional parameters. In the future we may want to add more of them as options.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Consult the optional parameters page and decide if we want to support more of them.
2. Add the selected optional parameters in the Block settings sidebar.

@danielabloch, which optional parameters do you think we should aim for? I think that section, author and tag make sense, but let us know of your thoughts.
