Remove Parsely->construct_parsely_metadata()

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Parsely->construct_parsely_metadata() is getting deprecated in version 3.3.0 per #742. We should remove it in version 4.0.0.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • [x] Update all internal Parsely->construct_parsely_metadata() calls to Metadata->construct_metadata.
  • [ ] Remove Parsely->construct_parsely_metadata() in 4.0.0.

All internal Parsely->construct_parsely_metadata() calls were removed in #833.
