Redesign the Settings page

Is your feature request related to a problem?

With our latest releases, we now have a dedicated Parse.ly menu that contains a link to the plugin's settings page.

Although the current settings page in functional, it comes from the old days of the plugin and could be enhanced to be more modern and functional. Internally, we already have a new design for it, but I think we'll need to revisit it to refresh our memory and discuss any potential issues.

I'm almost certain that the redesign work will need to touch other places in our codebase. So this isn't just a UI change, and it's potentially a big one.

• [ ] Revisit the redesign to resolve any open questions or issues.
• [ ] Assess the amount of work and plan for implementation.
• [ ] Implement and ship.

We've also received feedback by @GaryJones regarding the existing settings page, which we could implement:

• [ ] 1. Insert link(s) to documentation.
• [ ] 2. Logo input field should be longer.
• [ ] 3. Are there any settings we could/should move to the Advanced section?
• [ ] 4. The settings page doesn't work correctly when JS is disabled.
