PCI Engagement Boost: Use DataViews package

Our Engagement Boost feature would greatly benefit from using the wordpress/dataviews package.

However, tests we conducted on early 2025 showed us inconsistent behavior of DataViews across different WordPress versions and configurations (presence of Gutenberg plugin). So for the time being we're relying on a table, but we want to migrate to DataViews as soon as we possibly can.

Describe the solution you'd like

Once we determine that DataViews behavior is consistent and stable, implement it across the Engagement Boost feature as needed.
