Address SelectControl margin deprecation message in WP 6.7

Is your feature request related to a problem?

In WordPress 6.7 and newer, when we go to certain PCI Sidebar tools (Performance Stats, Smart Linking, Related Posts), we get the following console warning:

Bottom margin styles for wp.components.SelectControl is deprecated since version 6.7 and will be removed in version 7.0. Note: Set the __nextHasNoMarginBottom prop to true to start opting into the new styles, which will become the default in a future version.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally, we should address this issue while also not breaking the styling for earlier versions of WordPress we're supporting.
