Generating image with Dall-e 3 is not constant

Expected Behavior

Generating an image with dall-e3 with command like generate image, generate artwork is not working 100% of the time

Current Behavior

8 time out of 10, the model answer that he can't generate image.

Steps to Reproduce

Ask OpenAI Dall-e 3 model to create or generate an image. if it work, reload the page and ask again until failed.
