OpenAI GPT4 not responding

Expected Behavior

To provide a response from Open AI GPT4

Current Behavior

No response. Receives this error message: "Error Error code: 404 - {'error': {'message': 'The model gpt-4 does not exist or you do not have access to it. Learn more: https://help.openai.com/en/articles/7102672-how-can-i-access-gpt-4.', 'type': 'invalid_request_error', 'param': None, 'code': 'model_not_found'}}$"

Steps to Reproduce

Add API key to GPT4 binding, make no other changes. Send a prompt

Hi, Did you spend 1$ on opan AI api?

GPT4 is blocked until you spend more than 1$ on tha API. I don't know why they did this, but all my friends had this problem. They had to spend 1$ worth pof requests using chatgpt to get access to GPT4 :(

I am sorry for that, but you have to use chatgpt turbo until you reach 1$ worth of spending

If you want to spend the 1$ fast, you may want to generate few images using Dall-e on artbot persona. This is a good way to spend money while getting stunning artworks. You can also use the 16K chatgpt (slower to get to 1$ with that).

Hi,

I thought because I had a plus account and it willingly hands out API keys that they would be usable for GPT4! But checking on openai.com it seems only the Enterprise accounts include credits for the API.  Sorry to bother you.
