Missing Docker Documentation

Hey,

is the usage of Docker encouraged? If so I would try to add some documentation on how to use it.

There are some things like /data being a volume, but in actuality stuff is saved to /root/Documents/lollms and stuff.

Just let me know ...

Also the Docker just dies with a sad FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'configs/config.yaml' :-/
