Select discussions to export to json

Expected Behavior

Being able to select the discussions to be exported instead of exporting the whole database. When the export button is pressed, user is presented with a list of discussions. The user selects the discussions to export and press a button.

Current Behavior

The export is global and users can not select which discussion to export.

Contribution

This is an eazy task to do. I just have no time for it. If you want to contribute, respond to this issue and i'll assign it to you.

it can be done in javascript. ill will implement this in my UI when im done with it (it will take some time, so bare with me) . Just need to know how you want them to be exported, into one file or each discussion separate file?
