Random Car Customizations

Vehicles have a chance of spawning with random customizations in traffic/parked and during missions like the Sultan, Elegy, lowriders basically any car that has customizations like spoilers, side skirts, scoops, front and back bumper, and paint jobs like The Truths Camper, also any vehicles besides bikes and motorcycles will spawn with a random set of wheels and beta stuff of course. This would be a nice addition.
