Impossible to complete Up, Up and Away! + Fender Ketchup softlock

Can't complete "Up, Up and Away!" if you get an RC Goblin as the helicopter you have to use to lift the armored car, it doesn't have the power to lift any vehicle off the ground (I got a relatively light vehicle instead of the armored car and I couldn't move it) and makes it impossible to get it from south-east LV to the abandoned airstrip.

As a sidenote I've noticed that big vehicles tend to softlock Fender Ketchup's final cutscene since the vehicle sinks into the ground and CJ is unable to get out.
