Basically the food models are all randomized with each model of food in each place when u buy them like the unused Rusty brown ones have a chance of appearing in Burger shot or Cluckin Bell etc self explanatory. The amount of health u get from eating is random for each price of food so it could be sliver of health or a quarter or even full. The possibility of throwing up from eating too much is random like u can eat 1 meal and throw up or 5 etc
