Suit / Clothing Randomizer

Randomize between Niko's different outfits / clothing items. Not sure exactly how we're doing this yet - I assume it would change between fades like in SA, however it needs to be considered that there are missions requiring certain outfits (mostly suits). If you just randomized between suits, that'd work, although it might not be as interesting. D:

Also getting Claude's outfit would be awesome.
