I believe that might be #13. I had a temporary fix for this in my branch of the project but that's gone now.

@xob0t When you reset the position of the railway pieces (Alt+G) do they take the correct position?

We wanted to automate the position centering, but we didn't figure out how to determine which objects have an "additional" positional offset, and how large the offset values are. Nor do we know what purpose the offsets serve.

So right now there's no easy fix. 🙁
