Clumps importing at insanely huge distances instead of true 0,0

Been using this tool to import RMd files from P3F to port to P3P but have been struggling to locate half of the stuff I import. Turns out they have been importing between 75k and 1 million+ units away from the center of the blend.

Is this user error? Error with the tool?

Previewing the RMd files in Amicitia (a Persona modding tool) they are all at the same location, aligned with each other.

I can provide the dff files if need be.

i recommend rotating by 90 degrees on the X, and 180 on the Z. also shrinking each clump to 0.01 for proper sizing (tool imports at 1.0 size which won't work in game)

These models are really very huge

yeah, you need to resize them to be 0.01 in size for them to be sized right, the tool imports them at 1.0 size which is incorrect

Frame positions are huge too

then is it the fault of the files? is there anything i can do to make them import at the center of the blend?
