I was reading #83 And after the GTA: Trilogy release, Modding for the 3 games is getting very active again, which can be proved here:

A lot of the old game files are present in the new version, (which makes mod update/ creating) a lot easier!

As you can see below, the .pak (Unreal packed files) contain a ifp file, for better animations mod! And I would like to edit it on blender, and seems this is the only alive plugin for the most recent versions of blender.
