Upgrade to latest Foundation framework (6.6)

We are currently using Foundation 6.4.3 in the project. Major changes will occur in these locations

  • cookiecutter-django-foundation/{{cookiecutter.project_slug}}/{{cookiecutter.project_slug}}/static/sass/_settings.scss

  • cookiecutter-django-foundation/{{cookiecutter.project_slug}}/{{cookiecutter.project_slug}}/static/libs/
