Revenants become permanent glowsticks when on fire

Issue Description
Went through chem fire while ghosted, got permanently lit on fire (fire did not hurt) and let off a small glow.
What did you expect to happen?
To not be forever on fire and have my location revealed.
What happened instead?
Permanent orange glow, even while ghosted.
Why is this bad/What are the consequences?
Revs should not have their location revealed while ghosted, or mistaken for pulse demons at first :clueless:
Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Roll Rev
- Go through chem fire while un-manifested (specific to this case is X-18 lab)
- Glowy
When did the problem start happening?
Genuinely no clue, I dont think people walk through fire as rev often.
Extra information
Was not tested with normal plasmafire, or other chem fires. Could not put out fire with space.
Relevant log output/runtime error
Sounds like it might be two issues. It sounds partially similar to #31148 with an entity permanently catching fire, glowing, and not burning to death. But an manifested revenant catching fire is its own issue.
