What Does This PR Do
This PR adds 5 new hairstyles.
Why It's Good For The Game
Variety in character creation is the cornerstone of what makes different characters... varied and visualy unique and different. By adding new hairstyles this adds for more customization allowing for players to not look all samey.

If these are ported from another server please include the location of origin, you forgot to check the box in the declaration section, and the changelog does not actually say what the PR does (Adds 5 new hairstyles for humans and slimes)
it adds 5 hairstyles for races that I would care to maintain if it can fit other races with their different sized heads then someone else would have to take on that job as I'm not up for it. I also didn't see a checkbox for referencing. These sprites come from Lobotomy Corporation 13

I don't apply for that box however? I have not obtained approval and I'm not sure I'm exempt from pre-approval. I'm not sure what sort of rules or regulations there are I just put up a PR and if it gets accepted or not then whatever
In the Paradise contributor documentation there's a section outlining the items you need pre-approval for here:
If your PR does not fall under one of these categories (this one does not) you don't need to ping a development team prior to opening the PR and can just check the box. If you click the hyperlink where it says 'pre-approval' it will take you to the list on github if you ever need to remind yourself.
