Separates the wizard hat and fake beard into two different items
What Does This PR Do
Takes the beard off of the wizard hat and makes it a mask. The mask does not cover any facial features.
Why It's Good For The Game
There are certain other non-wizard characters that might also appreciate having a bushy white beard. Ho ho ho.

Does this allow you to reattach the beard to the hat? Because it should because you may not want what was originally a one clothing item on the head cover your mask slot, but still want the beard, so compromise by wearing the hat so you can keep the beard and wear internals.
