An abductor target moving at the last second will completely brick the abductors system

Issue Description
When marking somebody as an abductor, they moved at the last second, and it never played the "____ is marked for future transport" message, however it said they were already marked when I tried to mark them again. Upon attempting to recall them, it said "Please ensure the target is not buckled or wait 10000 milliseconds!" (They were neither buckled, and it still wouldn't recall them after 30 seconds) and when I tried to switch to the agent to recall them, it also said the same thing.

To recall my target

It presents the rare chance for abductor stuff to be broken

Be abductor Start marking someone Have them move at the LAST second Repeat until it completely breaks your marking system
