Burning Betsy sets other entities on fire

Issue Description

Betsy appears to be on fire but does not burn to death herself. Also will light other entities that bump her on fire.

What did you expect to happen?

Betsy to show more signs of being on fire other than just lighting up the dark and setting others on fire. Betsy to cook if she's on fire.

What happened instead?

Betsy can set other mobs on fire and seems to be immune to the flames.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Confusing behavior. May also happen with other mobs.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Couldn't identify when Betsy was lit on fire. Found her out in the halls after she was scanned for the DNA vault so any number of things could have happened. Noted bumping Betsy caught the borg on fire when returning her to garden.

When did the problem start happening?
