[IDB Ignore] Heretic: The Mansus Re-Opened
What Does This PR Do
A continuation of #27873 from qwerty. This PR is very old and is likely to have some new and old issues to workout. Some new balance tweaks are in the works from the previous version and production has continued.

Why It's Good For The Game
A new antagonist focused on evasion over holding ground, with antistun being tied towards paths vs roundstart like cling or vampire or traitor
Something truly magic for an antagonist to use, without having to be cult or wizard.
A lot of build options similar to cling but with pathing more like vampire.

Korzche was still set as a target after they cryo'd. I also asked the player and they don't believe it re-rolled on their side either, I asked just encase it was purely end of round stats that wasn't showing the changes of target or the whole thing not re-rolling.

I also noticed on the end of round stats that it repeated knownledge researched with no heretic named, is this meant to happen?

Ability cooldown was the whole run unstable and not showing real cooldown
Sometimes runes couldnt be clicked resulting in being unable to use/clean the rune
Balance wise: Heretic has no antistuns(mostly) and... activating a blade has a little todo? Im not sure if its a good idea with no antistuns.
Two heretics with Dance of the brand attacking each other with blades will result in 19 attack logs, 0 hits and 0 counterattack cooldown, which while funny to image they both just start wailing on each other blocking, is still borked
Going down the blade path, the carving knife which is used to make traps which cause damage, alert the user someone steps on it, or cause hallucinations. The traps do not affect other heretics of ANY path, which is an extremely wild inconsistency since heretics can regularly get into fights with each other and almost every other heretic spell affects other heretics.
It "could" be intentional, but it is highly unlikely.
TLDR: Carving Knife Traps dont affect other heretics, they can walk over them.

In summary, the issue says targets don't reroll when they cryo.

Summary: you do not have the living heart after being cloned, and you have to create a new one with a ritual.
My understanding is that this is by design.
Stumbled upon this by mistake, not starting a full review yet, but please remove sound/effects/Captures which I assume was not included intentionally
