Removes flash from slime attacks against bots
What Does This PR Do
This removes the flash_eyes call from robots when they are attacked by slimes. Currently robots receive an 80% flash, confusion, and damage every time they're attacked by a slime. This allows even a baby slime to stamcrit a borg in 3 hits.
Why It's Good For The Game
Slimes should not inflict a 4-second confuse + 40 stamina damage + temporary blindness melee attack against a cyborg while also being healed by burn damage.
Testing
Assume control of a cyborg. Spawn a slime (a gray baby is fine). Attack the slime to aggro it. Don't be blinded when attacked by the slime.
