Adds the "uwu" gene
What Does This PR Do
- Implements a rustlibs function to uwuify text using https://github.com/Daniel-Liu-c0deb0t/uwu
- Adds the uwu gene and injector. It's a disability for obvious reasons. Gives minor stability bonus.
- Mass-uwuify admin secret. Suggested by Burzah.
- Uwuify admin smite. Suggested by Coolrune.
Why It's Good For The Game

If this doesn't get put into the actual potential genes, just make it an admin thing. I think there is some merit to it overall. Also it is funny because of the hate at this point.
I don't know why this ever needed to be a feature, but this is hilarious. Maybe it can pave the way for more advanced accent choices for all species. For example, a pirate spewing "Yarr!" every sentence.

Should probably remove the net speak/emote parts (the >_< emote). we removed alot of the lrp stuff from brain damage quotes, adding stuff thats against rp rules that the player cant overly control is a bit odd
I do find this to be really funny, but I don't know how I feel about it. On one end as I said before it can be quite funny, but I feel like interacting with someone who has this would not only be a nightmare, but could also ruin someones RP experience seeing >_< or :(

The emotes are built into the algorithm. I would need to fork the rust library to remove them (which is doable). I am amused that people are more concerned about the emotes than they are the pwospect of being fowced to tawk w-wike this fow a-a whowe wound.
While I'm not a fan of this whatsoever for many reasons, if it was kept to a smite or otherwise admin only function I suppose I could be indifferent towards it--provided the smiley faces and such are removed from it. It's not something I'd want to come across commonly while playing, and seems fairly LRP overall.

I find this comment pretty distasteful, provocative and even dismissive of people's concerns. If there's a considerable amount of hate towards a feature or feature idea, it may well be worth considering why. I understand that some people will take it too far and get toxic about it, but that shouldn't mean shunning everyone's disagreements over the topic.
To put forth a civil, genuine question I also have with your comment; what merit do you think this feature provides to the Paradise community? You don't go into much detail about that here.

First off, I am not a voting team member, so my opinion about it being added as an in-game feature to genetics is only that. The teams deciding the fate of a feature will make that determination.
What I do find funny though is the amount of hate and overreacting being done to this PR and others. One of the biggest arguments of course being brought up is that it is LRP. We have a ton of LRP content still in our game. We have even tried to remove some of it, but we only get backlash for doing so. Consider the hate that people are still yelling about with clown planet. Some might find the absurdity of having a clown on the station being LRP, but people got very upset and still are that we approved the removal of that piece of lore. We can focus on genetics for a second though, like chav, hulk, and fake swedish to name a few. Why should those be allowed? Certainly their only value is to be funny in some sort of way. Whether I or anyone else finds it funny or not is subjective.
What I don't find funny is all the brigading that people tend to do against an author in the first place in our community. I am not saying that is what you or anyone else is doing, and I will be sure to stand in the way of anyone giving an author undeserved hatred. Though I admit, most of the hate is usually directed on Discord. Heck, I still get some hate for a few PRs I made that I think have genuinely improved the server or have been positive for player experience. There is a even a running meme about Farragus and the hatred people have for it. With that map in general, a bunch of contributors from our community put a lot of effort into it and they still get crap for it that isn't justified.
For the record, I have never shunned anyone's concerns about this content, let alone everyone's. I even encouraged people to go leave their comments on this PR because the voting teams will be the one to read them. I am always open for discussion, that is a policy I have maintained and players and staff alike are more than welcome to reach out to me.

As much as we try to be some balance of role play and combat, this server and it's content tend to be very silly. You can explode when you fart on a bible, there is a chemical that will flip your character continuously, we have cow meteors thrown at the station from time to time. So I have a hard time drawing the line anywhere for a specific type of content that has a lot of similarities to content already in our codebase.
Now do I think this content will added any merit at the end of the day? Probably not for a lot of people, no. Though that has not stopped us from this type of content before, and it won't stop people from being hateful regardless. Even if in reality it is a feature you would rarely see.
If you do have any more comments or concerns though, I will be happy to discuss them over Discord. I do not want flood the PR by taking away from the discussion and implementation review that the aurhor will get. Thanks.

Clown planet is a pretty original concept as far as I'm aware. There is some level of believability that a massive galaxy would have one planet dedicated to clowns, similar to a clown college or even religion.
You can argue that Swedish and chav are also LRP, but they are inspired by real life accents, similar to many in game species' accents. This PR on the other hand is literally just an internet meme inserted into the game, even without the netspeak its pretty clearly on another tier of LRP.
So close to greatness. Closing after discussing with the author. Can be reopened if there is a desire to. Would most likely work well as just a smite.
