[LORE] Cybersun Lore Polishing + Small Implant Updates
What Does This PR Do
Goes through a bunch of objects and things mentioning Cybersun to ensure lore consistency.
Also updates some descriptions for biochips while I was there.
Why It's Good For The Game
Cybersun has a mildly bipolar representation in game, seemingly going from Evil Inc. to a normal company with a dark secret on a whim. Standardizing to the latter is in the interest of LT.
Descriptions are also good.

Have not had a chance to comment on this PR due to DDOS and work travels, but if you are changing descriptions on items you have to include the descriptions being changed in the conversation section of the PR showing what is being changed so we do not have to dig through the commits to find the changes. This is not a new rule here.
Please document and explain your pull requests thoroughly. What each commit changes and why. We do not want to have to read all of your commit names to figure out what your pull request is about.
