What Does This PR Do

Makes it so the AI can no longer toggle floorbolts while dead.

Why It's Good For The Game

You're not supposed to be able to do stuff when you're deceased.

Testing

Try to toggle floorbolts after dying as an AI. Floorbolts are not toggled.
