Issue Description

At the start of the round, I was not able to use any vendors (clothes, nanomed, etc). It would immediately bluescreen and result in "too many actions" spam in chat.

What did you expect to happen?

To buy drip from the clothes vendor.

What happened instead?

No drip, only bluescreen.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Not being able to interact with any vendor is somewhat game breaking.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

I have no idea how it even started.

This happened on round ID 42305
