[TWEAK] Cryopod now give you a HUD alert that you can click to ghost

What Does This PR Do

When a cryopod is entered it will now throw a HUD alert to the occupant that can be clicked to ghost.

Why It's Good For The Game

This is more intuitive than the Ghost verb in the OOC tab

Testing

Enter a cryopod, alert is thrown Exit the cryopod, alert is gone Enter the cryopod, click the alert, I ghost
