Issue Description

If a directional window is on the same tile as a table, it blocks attempts to climb onto the table even if you try to enter from a direction the window isn't actually blocking (and could walk through if the table wasn't there).

What did you expect to happen?

To climb onto the table.

What happened instead?

The window mysteriously blocks me from climbing.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

This is completely nonsensical.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Make table. Put directional window on same tile. You cannot climb the table from any direction.

When did the problem start happening?

No clue.

Both of these configurations block stuff. No response
