[FIX] PanD.E.M.I.C 2200 can now show antibodies in sample with active virus

What Does This PR Do

Previously, the PanD.E.M.I.C 2200 was unable to show antibodies to viruses in a sample if there was still an active virus inside the sample.

Why It's Good For The Game

It's an oversight to be unable to access antibodies in a sample when there is a virus in there.

Testing

Go to the PanD.E.M.I.C 2200. Put in a sample with no blood. Put in a sample with just blood. Put in a sample with infected blood. Put in a sample with blood that is infected and has antibodies.
