Any emotes doen't have random frequency

What did you expect to happen?

Screaming with random frequencies

What happened instead?

All screams the same, and not only screams

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Same emote sounds

Steps to reproduce the issue.

*scream to chat several times in a row, the sound is the same each time

This is because frequency randomisation only works when the frequency is not set, here it is always either 1 or 0.7
