new dropwall sprites from TG, fix dropwall timer

What Does This PR Do

Ports the lovely projectile dampner sprites from https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/84382, to replace our current codersprite dropwall visuals.

Fixes the timer on dropwalls indicating how long before the dropwall fails

Why It's Good For The Game

Better sprites is always good.

Timer working is good.

Testing

Threw dropwalls and firedropwalls. Confirmed they looked good, confirmed timer worked.
