Issue Description

Syndicate Commando mob (one with a bloodred modsuit and SMG that spawns at abandoned telecoms) dropped a Syndicate Operative corpse (with a normal backpack and non-EVA gear)

What did you expect to happen?

For the normal corpse in the modsuit to spawn

What happened instead?

Wrong corpse spawned

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

When a syndie in a modsuit is killed they should either drop the appropriate equipment or gib. Dropping a corpse dressed entirely differently is just bizzare.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Kill the syndie mod with bloodred and SMG, proooobably see the issue happen?

When did the problem start happening?

First happened in round 40725. I assume it's random, but the corpse dropped properly as early as yesterday.
