Issue Description

I am a trial admin who transitioned from mentor to admin. Currently cannot toggle the mentor sound effect as it says admin restricted.

What did you expect to happen?

To be able to toggle the sound off/on.

What happened instead?

It is admin restricted from changing it.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Admins not having admin access to a button requiring admin access means that the button has improper admin access restrictions applied.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

-Have been a mentor and have the sound toggle on. -Transition to being a trialmin -Go to general preferences and notice you cannot change it.

When did the problem start happening?

Like since Sunday when my permissions were changed.
