Issue Description

When I spawn in, my body type doesn't consistently match what I have selected in preferences

What did you expect to happen?

When I have feminine selected as my body type, I should always spawn in with a feminine body

What happened instead?

Sometimes, mainly when I join a round in progress, my character has a masculine body type

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

they gave the slime person gender dysphoria :(

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Spawn in, be wrong gender

When did the problem start happening?

I first noticed it a week or two ago, probably introduced in #23910 seeing as it's the most recent change to body type selection

Extra information

I've only noticed this bug happen for slime people, but that's because I only play a slime person
