Some Cyberiad External Airlocks Appear To Have Incorrect Access Settings

Issue Description

Some external airlocks on Cyberiad do not have proper access requirements, meaning that atmos techs and explorers cannot use them. Two effected airlocks are: the ones right above engi pod, and the ones to the right of arrivals pods. (Not sure if there are more those are the only two I have personally found in limited checking)

What did you expect to happen?

Atmos techs have access to the engi pod airlocks and both atmos techs and explorers have access to the arrivals pods airlocks.

What happened instead?

Atmos techs and explorers did not have access.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Atmos techs not having access to the airlock closest to atmos is a bit annoying and explorers not having access to most airlocks is also annoying.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Join as atmos tech/explorer try to use the mentioned airlocks.

When did the problem start happening?

I would say it started happening roughly 1-2 weeks ago, although it could have been up to a month ago.
