Issue Description

While on space you can hear the heart beat sound effect constantly and its very very very annoying, was told this wasnt a bug but the sound effect is unaffected by the sound mixer options, Also confirmed I wasnt the only one hearing this in space this round.

What did you expect to happen?

Not to hear a heartbeat at all when I have it turned off in the mixer options.

What happened instead?

Could still hear it and the mixer seemed to have no effect at all.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Very very very annoying sound effect to hear constantly while in space.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

1. Go into space, suit no suit doesnt matter.
2. Hear heartbeat sound effect
3. Sound mixer options for heartbeat do nothing to quieten it.

When did the problem start happening?

Didnt ever heart this sound effect in space before 3/10/2024, and couldnt find it being added to the game in space in any PR, but other people mentioned it being a feature so not sure.

Extra information

An other explorer reported the sound as well, but the others couldnt hear it at all. Could be a niche bug caused by the recent cursed heart changes? Unsure. Adding video evidence of the sound effect existing and also being unaffected by the slider. https://imgur.com/a/itKpbPS
