Wrong time formatting in notes

Issue Description:

The time when your account was created is formatted wrong in notes. Missing leading 0s on creation time of account.

What did you expect to happen:

For the time to be formatted as a proper clock.

What happened instead:

Instead of being HH:mm:ss its formatted as integers. This might be fine for the date, but not the clock.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences:

It looks bad.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Have your account created at a time with a leading 0 (for example 3 seconds past 2 minutes past 1'oclock)
2. Look at your notes, they should now say 1:2:3 instead of 01:02:03.

When did the problem start happening:

Noticed today 15.10.2022.
