[GBP: No update] Expands the usage of some bodyflags

What Does This PR Do

Forgot to include the BALD and SHAVED bodyflags in some places.

Why It's Good For The Game

Using bodyflags is better than manual lists.

I did randomize multiple species and nothing looks off, the only thing that this PR would effectively change is IPCs not randomizing their facial hair color (we have no machines with facial hair..for now)
