Alerts for playing as a ghost role dont show the signed up icon when there are multiple of the same roll

Issue Description:

When as an observer, you get multiple of the same

What did you expect to happen:

For there to be the icon, and a border around it

What happened instead:

The correct icon shows up, but no border around it, indicating that you've signed up for the roll, despite being signed up.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences:

Its confusing

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Be observer
2. have one xeno larva spawn.
3. sign up for the roll
4. Have second xeno larva spawn
5. no border around symbol, despite apparently being signed up for the roll

When did the problem start happening:

Always?
