What Does This PR Do

Uses get_id_photo instead of getFlatIcon (wich didnt work) for the holograms.

Why It's Good For The Game

Fixes https://github.com/ParadiseSS13/Paradise/issues/13967

  • Selected crewmembers to use as hologram.
  • Did swap between holograms, verified directions, all looks good.
