Wizard teleportation spell, free smoke with no cd.

issue When the teleportation spell is canceled a smoke appear as if you did teleport away. And the spell is instantly recastable.

What did you expect to happen: To just cancel the spell without getting free smoke with no cd.

What happened instead: Free smoke spell with no cd what so ever.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences: Smoke should not be a free spell with no cd...

Steps to reproduce the problem: -Be a wizard -Buy the teleportation spell -Use teleportation -Press esc to cancel the spell -A smoke appear and the spell is instantly castable again. -Cast all the smoke spells you`d like!

When did the problem start happening: No idea.
