Exosuit Control Console still has an emp button.

Issue Description:

Mech beacons were recently reworked to disrupt mech's navigations instead of emping them, this was not updated in the control console.

What did you expect to happen:

It to not say EMP

What happened instead:

Button said EMP

Why is this bad/What are the consequences:

Confuses players who don't know about the change

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Open console.
2. Read words

When did the problem start happening:

When #18958 was merged.
