What Does This PR Do

Using a screwdriver on a "Camera Monitor" circuit board will allow you to select one of the other monitor types. Decreased newscaster cost (14000>6000 metal and 8000>2000 glass) and decreased deconstruction time (6 seconds>2 seconds) Entertainment monitor is now constructable by using a frame instead of computer method. Entertainment monitor, status display and AI status display frames (status displays had no way to be constructed before) have been added as autolathe designs (same cost as newscasters).

Why It's Good For The Game

Newscaster cost is way too high when compared to other things and judging by how much he gives when deconstructable it could be used as a good way to farm metal/glass since it is everywhere. Adding a way to build the monitor variations is good in case one of them needs repair or if someone wishes to do renovations. Now that status displays can be deconstructable it would only make sense to add a way to make them. Its odd that the entertainment monitor leads to a computer frame (makes it clunky to build and to repair too) and should be easier to make given its importance during events/journalist using cameras.

• Tried to deconstruct entertainment monitor with a screwdiver, nothing happened.
• Used the circuit board modified by using the screwdriver, they were correct
• Did build and deconstruct all monitors multiple times to test it.
