Disposal sprite rework
What Does This PR Do
Resprites the disposal pipes to make arrow consistent and clear. Reduces pipe pallet for cleaner sprites. Makes pipes actually be somewhat 3/4th by using highlights. Removes the duplicate faded pipe sprites and uses alpha system for the same effect. Adds pipe/junction subtypes with the different (reversed) sprites to make mapping disposals much, much easier. Adds highlights to sort junction arrows to indicate direction of sorted packages. Ports TCC disposal structure sprite. Adds new disposal input and output sprites by @PacifistDalek Tidies disposal and recycler icon files. Adds thematic orange to recycler. Move malf AI borging machines to a 3/4th sprite we already had in the code, deleted the old stuff.
Todo:
- [x] Wait for community members to finish working on consistently styled disposal inlet and outlet structures
Why It's Good For The Game
Disposal pipes have messy sprites, this tidies that up.
Moving towards newer disposal machine sprites, more to come on this.
Mapping disposals becomes vastly easier.

I don't really know whats wrong with it but I don't like the new sprites they look... cartoony? silly? They look really oversimplified at least. Being able to map disposals easier would be nice though. Also the corner pipes being thinner feels a bit weird, not sure why.
I think the pipe sprites look a bit better, although transferring some of the rougher portions from the old junction and turn pipes might make them look a bit more interesting. The disposal units don't look as good to me as the old ones though, although I would like to see what their lights look like when they are powered on, recharging, etc.
