Adds the Vox Mane Beard
What Does This PR Do
Adds a new beard style for Vox to choose from called the Vox Mane Beard. The beard originates from /vg/ station and I take no credit for the sprite work, simply just made it compatible for Paradise Vox to use.
Why It's Good For The Game
More customization for player freedom is always nice, plus Vox only have like... 4 beards, baby steps people.

Coded and sprited it, booted server, made a character with it, saw it in-game.
