thermal lantern wisp doesnt follow you off shuttle transet

Issue Description:

Wisp doesnt orbit you after you get off the mining shuttle

What did you expect to happen:

for the wisp to orbit you, so it is very clear the user has thermals

What happened instead:

wisp is left on mining shuttle, can't tell miner has thermals

Why is this bad/What are the consequences:

sorry terrors / xenos, we can see you and you can't tell we can.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

use mining shuttle with wisp active.
