Adds Species Drinks

What Does This PR Do

Adds variety of cocktails for all round start species except for humans. Each drink has an effect for the assigned species and no effect except for alcohol poisoning for others, so you can drink same garbage as what your plasmaman friend drinks! Most of the drinks require Barkeep to have access to chem dispenser.

Effects besides making you drunk (applicable only for target species):

Tajaran: Makes you cold, requires Cryostylane with oxygen to cool the drink well enough. Unathi: Makes you really hot, requires Silicon to make. Skrell: Converts into harmless liquid inside of Skrell body letting them drink cocktails that make everyone else really drunk. Requires Plasma and Oxygen. Slime People: Restores a bit of slime blood, but requires slime blood and egg to make. Nets you 2.5u of blood per 2u spent. Vox: Restores some amount of oxygen if not in crit. Requires Nitrogen to make. Drask: Cleans blood of off your clothes. Requires Lye to make. Grey: Checks for existence of other people's around you and tells you their name. Requires sulfuric acid. Diona: Gives additional 0.25 regen to brute/burn/tox while under light (1/4 of their standard regen). Requires E-Z-Nutriment and Nutriment from ground food. Kidan: Becomes nourishing for them. Requires Nutriment. Plasmaman: Ignites you once in a while and then immediately extinguishes you. Suit won't use extinguisher charge on this. Requires plasma dust. Vulpkanin: Recovers some tox loss if you are not crit. Does NOT require any special reagents but mixing it incorrectly will make different drink. Add Tequila last. Nian: You start emitting light. Requires Flaming Moe which in turn requires saline-glucose.

Why It's Good For The Game

More flavor for all species, interesting effects, more reasons for bartender to interact with other departments.

Brew all the drinks, change species to species needed for the drink, drink it, observe the effects.

While it's always nice to have some more species flavour, some of this is straight up meme-tier stuff which would be happening IC. The Nian drink plays off the lamp meme, the Vox one's messages ("Vox are not pox!", "Freedom for the vox.", "You is Skrek!", "SKREEE!", "Is smart, yaya!", "Alas, poor voxik.") are... questionable, ditto with the Grey's.

While I'll be keeping Nian, I'm not against removing messages and making it just emotes. For grey a simple "Hi" might work, right?

Most of these drinks are memes, and I especially dislike that the Skrell drink negates the one interesting malus Skrell have entirely. I'd also argue how that drink is bad for and retcons the lore in multiple ways(along with other drinks in this PR), but I think I would look silly for caring.

If it looks too silly or too strange, the drinks can be reworked into just alcohol without effects if this has too many people opposing, and we will just have new drinks

I think having species themed drinks is all well and good but i personally don't think they should have any benefits/special effects and should just be like any other normal drink. A lot of the proposed effects would be extremely disruptive or potentially abused. Stuff that takes away control from you and makes you randomly say/do things that might be very out of character is something better left to things like extreme brain damage imo.

Not super sure how I feel about some drinks having pretty decent mechanical benefits like outright healing, but others functioning only as vanity quirks; could feel a bit unfair?

Slime Mold's quirk currently seems a bit underwhelming, the blood recovery takes a fairly long time to actually gain anything from it unless you outsource the Slime Jelly. If you like the idea and want to keep it, maybe it could be buffed a little by only requiring 1u of Slime Jelly to make, or maybe replacing that reagent requirement with something else? Similarly, Diona Smash mechanically seems worth much less than the sum of its parts (or even the Nutriment/Sugar alone), even though that's supposed to be its entire gimmick.

I don't think balancing them strongly is that big of a deal, but I am open to suggestions

Changed Grey drink to instead tell someone else telepathically that you exist, instead of giving info to you
